News today - 3 believe that it is acceptable to steal my money every month and provide me with no service for money ,that I have put on their mobiles in good faith!! Not only are they stealing my money but also now refuse to recompense me for my handset and subsequent vouchers that I have put on them. I was under the impression that voucher expiry was a time limit to have had the credit added to my mobile not that my remaining balance would be stolen from my account every 30 days !!!!!!! :mad:

No I'm afraid 3 are quite clear that voucher credits on ThreePay are time restricted and must be used within 30 days.

It may seem like robbery but the terms are clearly detailed in the T + C's

Lol, shoulda checked out 3 before you joined. That's how the network works mi amigo, makes up for their low prices and content.

Its not all doom and gloom. First you need to decided if the three pay thing is for you, if not sell it on ebay and then chose someone live O2 who have a good deal with pay and go or Vodafone, Orange or T Mobile
